Coming with a sachet of lube inside, this item is not prelubed. This presents a unique problem because for it to be used effectively the sponge at the entrance should be saturated with lube. If not, and with sufficient girth, it is likely that the sponge will be removed from its rightful place. In essence to use this one would need to add more lube than provided and leave it to saturate the sponge. Once lubed the interior ribbing does provide a pleasant feeling, however, upon thrusting into it, a secondary problem arises; the venting of the air is not as efficient as one would hope. While suction can be created by sealing the upper opening; insertion becomes increasingly difficult as the air fails to exit. Sadly either due to personal girth/size entering this is tedious and without an abundance of lube quite frustrating. Overall this knockoff of a Tenga product needs more refinement and is not worth the purchase when better items exist. Final advice; just buy the appropriate Tenga for your size/girth and pay attention to the insertion length to avoid disappointment. Score 4/10
