Poor design

This is literally one time use, even though it has two separate holes. The internal sleeve can't be taken out for cleaning, and there's a bunch of foam in there too. I know it's marketed as a disposable item, but come on, your other items can at least be cleaned and with a bit of care they can last quite a while. This design just doesn't even have that option. Cleaning it is impossible! Save your money!
