very painful, almost lacerating tool
From astrotech"Spade plugs are probably the most comfortable of all, for long wear as well as for both insertion and exit. Everything I need is there: the tip is tapered, the main bulge slopes gently over a sufficient distance to make for gradual entry, while the smooth curves of the underside facilitate extraction. Best of all, the long and relatively thin stem allows for movement inside and associated sensations, as well as for a safe lock once in. Renegade 5 (or V) looks very attractive, while its design is stellar, with one exception. That exception however ruins the experience totally, making me unable to use it. One small thing that ruined what is an otherwise excellent toy. It is 60 mm in diameter at the widest point, while the underside of the bulge is not as tapered as the Sasha Grey Signature glass plug. In that, the Renegade shares some features with the unforgiving cone plugs, such as the Ass Servant. The stem is however long, quite hard, connecting to a base that is almost just as long, but only in one direction. The plug is quite safe to keep in, and will not fall out. What makes this plug stand out is that there is a metal hook ring embedded in the underside of the base, so that should bad come to worse, one can retrieve the plug by a string or thin nylon rope (that one needs to attach beforehand). So far, so good. Now for the not so good. The plug is made of silicone, and thus it is quite hard. However, the silky finish of the Renegade would make even me, a non-friend of silicone, able to use it. Were it not, alas, for one small feature of this plug, the aforementioned exception to a great design. Looking at the picture, you will notice that there are rings on the upper half of the spade. I have to say that these rings are thin and hard, ripping through the exit canal and the sphincter as if they were razorblades. I thought I would be lacerated! Since this is silicone, it has very little give, so one has to go through the experience. These rings are there for a reason. This is a toy only for those who either have a high resistance to pain, or simply like it rough. And I *do* mean *rough*. By the time the rings are passing through the sphincters, one is barely halfway done, at a diameter that is equivalent to those of quite small toys. And here is where the pain and the tears begin. I can take way larger toys without issues, but this... I thought I would bleed all over the bathroom floor once I managed to pull this razorblade plug out. It took forever, and it hurt like a mother. If you get this, you should really know what you are doing. My Renegade ended up in the bin after a single use. Took a day of Nivea cream massages to get my poor sphincter back to normal."
Base too small
From JonThe base of this toy is too thin and flexible for long-term use. The whole toy can slip inside if you are clenching hard
