I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase, its an awesome wand. However after only 4 months of use it stops working. I've followed all the usual care instructions for these toys however it charges and doesn't turn on anymore. I'm extremely disappointed in how little time it took to stop working. Not sure if this is normal for this brand or if mine was just faulty somehow
